With more and more PRs talking regularly to journalists on Twitter we’ve made it easy to manage your twitter activity with journalists without having to leave Gorkana.
There are over 10,000 journalists with Twitter handles in Gorkana and you can now follow, tweet, reply and retweet them directly from the media database.
First get yourself set up, it takes seconds to connect your Twitter handle to Gorkana. Visit the Twitter option in the admin menu or login and go straight to www.gorkanadatabase.com/twitter.
Once you’re connected you’ll find a Twitter follow button on journalist profiles and a drop-down where you can send them a tweet or manage the Twitter lists they are on. For journalists who also follow you, you will also have the option to send a direct message.
The Twitter tab on journalist profiles shows all their recent tweets and you can also now reply and retweet them directly from the tab.
