Temenos and Misys have confirmed that they have reached agreement in principle on certain key terms and are in continuing discussions regarding a possible all share merger of the two groups.  Temenos is the market leading provider of core banking solutions and is quoted on the Swiss Stock Exchange. Employing over 4,000 people worldwide, Misys provides innovative, integrated solutions for the financial services industry.

The Hudson Sandler team is headed by Andrew Hayes, with support from Wendy Baker and George Parker. Jonathan Glass is leading the Brunswick team working with Misys, with support from Aideen Lee and Dania Saidam.
