WhipCar, the world's first neighbour to neighbour car rental service, has brought in Hope&Glory to handle its consumer and corporate PR.

The agency, which was directly approached by the brand, has been briefed to help promote and elevate WhipCar's profile as a successful British dotcom. Activity has already started and the agency tweeted earlier today about being included in a feature about car-sharing in The Economist.
Hope&Glory managing partner Jo Carr will lead the retained account.
Vinay Gupta, WhipCar co-founder, said: "We are really pleased to be working with Hope&Glory. As a nimble start-up themselves they understand how to cut to the chase and simply focus on delivering exceptional results. The team's past experience of working with big name clients and also rapidly growing companies such as Moshi Monsters is a huge benefit to us."
Jo said: "There aren't all that many companies that can genuinely claim to be unique or to have created an entirely new service. WhipCar can make both. We are going to be working with them to help build the next phase of the business and attract new users of the service now that a critical mass of cars is available on the platform."
