Coffee brief for BOTTLE
30 August 2012

Coffee manufacturer Scanomat has brought in BOTTLE to help raise awareness of its new product, TopBrewer.

TopBrewer is a stainless steel patented tap which can be built into any tabletop. Operated by either a built-in, finger-touch keyboard or Smartphone, it features what is claimed to be the world's smallest milk foamer built into its tip.

The agency has been briefed to develop a PR programme targeting retailers, designers and office managers.

As part of its activity, BOTTLE will also co-ordinate a series of coffee mornings for select journalists, designed to showcase the innovation behind the TopBrewer and raise awareness of the quality and taste of the product.

The account will be led by Claire Jones, senior PR consultant at BOTTLE.

Simon Bracken, MD of Scanomat in the UK, said: "We have been extremely heartened by the online response we have already had to TopBrewer. However, we are conscious that we need to have a strategic and targeted approach to PR. From the moment we met BOTTLE we were confident that they understood exactly what we wanted to communicate and to whom."

BOTTLE's CEO, Claire Cairns, said: "TopBrewer is all about innovating, not imitating, and we will reflect this in our PR strategy. We know that the select journalists we target will be blown away by the TopBrewer experience."
