David has previously worked in the press team at American Express overseeing the consumer card, insurance and travel services businesses in the UK. Before this David spent four years working at Banco Santander where he worked as a media relations manager across the bank's full range of consumer and B2B products.

"It has been quite a change from a large in-house company to small boutique agency, but the experience I have gained from working in-house is already proving valuable," explained David. "Rhizome is growing daily with new clients coming on board all the time. It's a fantastic and fun environment to be working in."
