Frederique will be responsible for overseeing the agency's client portfolio, ensuring constant and consistent contact with key shareholders. She will also provide strategic counsel to agency clients, as well as growing new business.

She will report to Fearnhurst MD and founder Sam Fearn.

Frederique has been freelancing for two years, most recently at One Assembly, where she developed and executed PR and marketing strategies for a variety of the agency's clients.

She has also done stints at Shine Communications and Ketchum, and has worked in music management looking after Paloma Faith and Taio Cruz.
