When you access our media monitoring and integrated service portal for the first time, you'll need to make sure your customer support executive has sent through your unique user name and password for the main site as well as NLA (Newspaper Licensing Agency) clips.

After you've logged in for the first time you can set up an Autologin to create a shortcut icon on your desktop. Use this shortcut so that you don't need to enter your username and password each time you login.
