Not only is it free, it's also ongoing. We'll come back to you to run refresher courses ... train your new recruits ... and create tailored courses to take you through specific aspects of gorkana.

You might want to chase up a sensitive journalist move, get a copy of a particular journalist's biography or simply request the editor's direct line.
