Sustrans appoints new PR team

UK charity Sustrans has appointed Anna Galandzij as senior press officer, and Amy Jones as press officer.

Sustrans is a cycling and walking charity known for its flagship project, the National Cycle Network, which has created over 14,000 miles of signed cycle routes in the UK.

Galandzij has responsibility for national news and trade media, and will work with Sustrans’ policy team to promote their work, as well as manage the organisation’s social media and Visible Experts programme.

Jones will lead on consumer PR campaigns and media coverage evaluation and reporting.

Prior to joining Sustrans, Galandzij was a press officer at the Fairtrade Foundation, and Jones was assistant PR officer at Bristol City Council, and senior reporter at Western Telegraph.

Sustrans has comms officers and advisors in regions and countries responsible for PR and stakeholder engagement in their areas.
